I’ve been appraising real estate since 2000. Decided to start my own company in 2007 due to the slow market. In 2008 I received my real estate sales license and became a Realtor working with Brin Realty Group in Amherst, NH.
I have a strong interest in green building, more specifically: passive-solar homes. I like to focus on relocation appraising, FHA, and review work but also do appraisals for mortgage lending too.
I’m also a busy mom with 2 young boys, love landscaping, saltwater (Caribbean preferred), and real estate.
